The tourism climbing

On the road of amateur champions, with the traditional tourist cycling climbing which links Masevaux to the Ballon d'Alsace!

Each year this event takes place on Sunday, the last day of the race. It is organized by the Tour Alsace, the Tourist Office, Masevaux and the Community of Communes of the "Vallée de la Doller". This friendly event is for all amateur who are courageous enough to brave a mountain race!

In 2005, no less than 250 cyclists gathered at the starting line with the famous champion Laurent Jalabert and the professional cyclist Florent Brard. In 2007, the journalist Gérard Holtz did participate! The climbing became very popular and enhances the entire region of the valley.
